Who we are
AnySkills is a service that replies to Instagram comments on behalf of course creators and online schools. It is provided by Individual entrepreneur Aliaksei Shutau, identification code 345697221, Zhiuli Shartava ave. 32, apt. 87, Batumi, Georgia (“we”). This policy covers https://anyskills.app/ and https://my.anyskills.app/login/.
Data we access
When you connect an Instagram professional account, Instagram asks you to allow access. With your permission we receive:
- your account ID, username, name, profile picture and follower count;
- a list of your posts (ID, caption, thumbnail) so you can choose which posts a rule applies to;
- comments under the posts your rules cover: comment ID, text, time, and the commenter’s username and ID;
- messages in conversations that a commenter starts with your account, including button taps;
- whether a link we sent was opened, and when.
From you as a customer we keep your name, email and the rules you set up.
How we use it
Only to run the rules you set up: to post your public reply under a comment, to send the commenter one private reply with your link, to send a follow-up after the commenter taps a button or writes back, and to show you this activity in your log.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent data, and do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not use Instagram data for advertising or to build profiles of people.
- We do not message people who did not comment or write to you first.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on servers we rent from hosting providers and is transferred over encrypted connections. Access tokens are stored encrypted. Comment and message records are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically.
Deleting your data
Disconnect your account in AnySkills or remove AnySkills in your Instagram settings under Apps and websites. On disconnect we delete the access token, your rules and the activity log at once. If you only remove the app in Instagram, write to us as well, and we delete the rest within 30 days.
