If you use AnySkills
Sign in at https://my.anyskills.app/login/, open Auto-replies and press Disconnect. We delete the access token, your rules and the activity log at once.
From Instagram settings
In Instagram open Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove AnySkills. Instagram stops sharing data with us at once and sends us your deletion request. To be sure everything we already store is gone, also disconnect in AnySkills or write to us: we confirm by email within 30 days.

Write to hello@anyskills.app with your Instagram username. We delete your comments and messages from our records within 30 days and confirm by email.
